Formed in 1992 with capability to produce cable harnesses - with a core competence in overmoulding & plastic injection insert moulding.

Shenzhen facility, is set up to cope with a high mix of product types and has the ability, by the unique way manufacturing is structured, to offer both high & reasonably low volume products within the same facility.

With 600 employees in production, capacity is rarely an issue. This flexibility to production volumes & product types, makes Shenzhen as an Asian facility, the closest you will find to the European manufacturing market, whilst maintaining the agility and in many cases a significant cost down.

The capability & tooling is matched to our UK facility to allow seamless integration from Design proto-typing in the UK to series production in Shenzhen.

Dong Guan

Purpose built in the early 90's, producing cable harnesses, overmoulding, plastic injection moulding, PCB assembly & box build, to well recognised European & Global Accreditations. Dong Guan truly is the Asia model.

Employing 1,200 people with a through put of cable in excess of 3,500Km per month, this best in class manufacturing facility is well suited to mass volume series production for a diverse mix of product types.

Logistics & Stock Holding

For our european customers, GK Services UK are able to offer local support without compromising far east pricing.

Consolidating sea & airfreight from Hong Kong with one freight forwarder we ensure freight cost are kept to a minimum without impacting on service quality. Hubbing & Stock holding can be arranged to maximise batch volume pricing, whilst maintaining flexibility to deliver at short notice.
